Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility between luminaires, LED modules, power supplies, drivers, controllers, connectors, mounting accessories, profiles, and other related components.
Actual system performance may depend on installation layout, wiring distance, power distribution, control method, environmental conditions, and project configuration.
9. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Some products may be customized, configured, manufactured, assembled, cut, labeled, packaged, programmed, or specially procured according to customer requirements.
Customers are responsible for confirming specifications, dimensions, quantities, configuration, connectors, electrical parameters, appearance, drawings, finishes, control requirements, installation requirements, and other project details before production or procurement begins.
Customized, made-to-order, specially procured, or project-specific products may be subject to different cancellation, return, refund, production, testing, acceptance, and delivery terms.
10. Project Drawings & Technical Documentation
For certain projects, we may provide drawings, product specifications, wiring references, installation information, configuration recommendations, or other technical documentation.
Such materials are based on information provided by the customer and should be reviewed and confirmed before production or installation.
Where project drawings, specifications, quotations, contracts, or acceptance criteria are specifically agreed in writing, those documents may form part of the applicable transaction terms.
11. Technical Support
We may provide reasonable pre-sale and after-sale technical assistance regarding product selection, compatibility, wiring, power requirements, control systems, installation, and troubleshooting.
Technical assistance is based on the information provided by the customer and does not replace professional engineering, architectural, electrical, structural, or installation assessment where such professional services are required.
12. Payment & Billing
You agree to provide accurate and current payment and billing information.
Payments may be processed through Shopify, card processors, PayPal, banks, or other payment methods made available through the website or separately agreed for a transaction.
For certain international B2B, wholesale, customized, or project transactions, HUAKE LIMITED, Hong Kong, may act as the invoicing, payment collection, refund processing, and international trade entity.
This commercial arrangement does not change the role of Shenzhen Lantingwei Smart Technology Co., Ltd. as the operating entity of MyLEDLinear.
13. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, freight charges, delivery estimates, customs responsibilities, and related logistics terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Shipping costs may depend on product type, order quantity, shipment weight, dimensions, destination, packaging requirements, and shipping method.

Certain products may be used with third-party power supplies, controllers, dimmers, software, electrical systems, mounting hardware, or other components.
