Installation Notes

• LED strip lights are not included.
• The XT-735 is designed for LED strips up to 18mm wide.
• Please confirm the LED strip width, installation opening, and available installation depth before ordering.
• The profile is designed for recessed plaster-in installation in drywall, plasterboard, ceilings, walls, cabinets, and other suitable built-in surfaces.
• Confirm the orientation of the upper single flange before cutting the installation opening.
• Secure the aluminum profile before applying plaster or finishing material around the flange.
• After the surrounding surface is finished, install the LED strip inside the aluminum channel and fit the milky PC diffuser.
• The milky diffuser helps soften visible LED points and reduce glare, but the final lighting effect also depends on LED density and installation depth.
• The aluminum profile and diffuser can be cut to the required length using suitable cutting tools.
• Check all dimensions and installation clearances before making permanent cuts to walls, ceilings, or cabinetry.
• Bulk orders may require special shipping arrangements due to package length and quantity.
